Job Description

Role Overview: As the Lead for Offnet Access Delivery Cycle, you will be responsible for managing various stages of the delivery process, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, overseeing delivery, settling accounts, managing suppliers, and enhancing service experience. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and cost-effective offnet quoting and delivery, ultimately impacting the business unit's overall results. This tactical role will involve shaping operating plans based on the business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and assess competition in the region for last mile delivery. - Initiate discussions and conduct initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities. - Foster strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness, exploring opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types. - Collaborate with product teams and partners to develop innovative technology solutions. - Design feasible offnet access solutions tailored to customer requirements, considering route maps, power diversity, path diversity, and local market considerations. - Provide special support to sales/Customer Facing Team (CFT) for negotiating with Partners on special pricing, non-standard offerings, expedited delivery, etc., to increase win rates for complex deals. - Manage vendor contracts for network component maintenance and installation, ensuring optimal operation levels. - Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers to evaluate pre-sales feasibility, cost-effectiveness, delivery efficiency, and post-sales support. - Drive cost optimization initiatives and provide inputs for jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Telecommunication industry, particularly in managing Telco partners. - Minimum of 5 years" experience in Service Delivery management in the APAC Region (Outside of India), from order placement to service completion. - Strong communication skills for coordinating delivery with internal and external stakeholders, setting clear expectations during escalations, and collaborating with Suppliers for optimal solutions. Desired Skill Sets: - Proficiency in Global Telecom Networks and Access Technologies. - Technical and commercial acumen. - Experience in large project planning and execution. - Knowledge of the access supply chain market within the region. - Understanding of the telecom services supply chain process, including quote-to-cash dynamics encompassing pricing, SLAs, legal/commercial terms, and conditions. (Note: The above role may involve working as an individual contributor or leading a small team.),
