Sr. Manager Sales

Profile Details:

• Job Title: Sales Manager- Real Estate
• Location: Goa, Dona Paula & Goa Velha
• Experience: 1-7 years in Residential/real estate sales
• CTC: Decent Hike on Last Package + Incentives

Note:

• Apply only if you are willing to work with serious aggression & have a Real Estate background.
• Immediate / Early Joiners will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing walk-ins from the Channel Partners of Goa and calling on the leads.
• Attending fresh clients & ensuring maximum revisits.
• Ensuring proper follow-up for leads / walk-ins for quick closure.
• Activating channel partners for marketing / lead generation activities.
• Participating / Organizing regular promotional events.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales & collection targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / PG with 1-5 years of Real Estate experience.
• Good understanding of Sourcing & Closing business.
• A self-motivated & go-getter attitude.
• Good presentation & communication skills.
• Result oriented with a solution-oriented approach.
