Job Description

Role Overview: Jubilant Pharma Limited, a global integrated pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region, managing a sales team to maximize revenue, developing regional strategies, and achieving annual budgets. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying new market opportunities, implementing pricing and market strategies, and increasing market share of existing products. This role requires effective execution of assigned regions and coordination with the supply chain management team for efficient distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region - Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals - Develop regional strategies and budgets to drive business growth - Lead business development initiatives to expand the region - Achieve annual budget targets - Implement correct market entry strategies and align organizational resources accordingly - Execute effective strategies for the assigned region - Implement pricing and market strategies - Establish direct contact with decision-makers of major regional generic companies - Identify new molecules for launch in the US market - Increase market share of existing products and qualify as a source with potential customers for existing and new products - Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals - Review and analyze regional business to identify growth opportunities - Develop specific plans to ensure both long-term and short-term growth - Manage receivables effectively - Coordinate with the supply chain management team for efficient distribution management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Experience in forecasting sales goals and analyzing business performance Note: For more information about the organization, please refer to www.jubilantpharma.com.,
