Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetics/ Chemicals/ Pharma/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology . MBA in Sales and Marketing is desirable qualification

Work Experience - 15+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development(B2B) cosmetics and personal care ingredients or related industry

Role and Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for identifying market opportunities, finding new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as Principals.
• Coordination and working with the R&D Team for customer-specific requirements.
• Understanding customer requirements and delivering in a set time and cost.
• Reporting such as YTD sales, Projects in the pipeline, and sample feedback.
• Providing Tech Support to clients and developing new business.
