Position:

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• semi-synthetic, soluble cutting oils, and neat MWF

• Implement cost reduction through alternate raw materials, blend optimization, and vendor development.

• Ensure HSSE compliance and explore environment-friendly raw material alternatives.

• Provide customer technical support, product recommendations, and competitor benchmarking.

• Conduct oil sample analysis, trend reports, and condition monitoring.

• Coordinate with manufacturing/QC for new product operationalization and issue resolution.

• Maintain ISO 9001 quality documentation, MSDS, TDS, and calibrate lab equipment.

• Drive projects through RDnL software and participate in seminars, launches, and customer visits.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Chemistry or equivalent, with 10+ years of laboratory/R&D experience.

• Strong technical, analytical, and computer skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and communicate effectively across teams and with customers.

• Creative, team-oriented, and customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
