Sr. Manager Project Execution BIW

As a Project Execution Engineer in the Technical Services department, your role involves executing projects in the allocated area to ensure timely completion. This includes ensuring facility readiness, adhering to safety standards, proving facilities and equipment, arranging trainings, and verifying prerequisites for cost roll-up. You will also be responsible for executing engineering changes, updating process documents, and interacting with various stakeholders internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct design approval meetings with stakeholders for planned facilities - Ensure facility readiness at various milestones for timely delivery - Comply with legal compliance for suppliers and service providers - Adhere to safety standards during facility and equipment execution - Arrange trainings for operations team on new equipment and technology - Verify MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for cost roll-up - Execute changes required for implementing DMLs released for current and new products - Update and release process documents for current products and corrections as per feedback - Interact with internal stakeholders for progress review, issue resolution, and safety closure - Communicate with external suppliers for project-related works, legal compliance, and documentation Qualification Required: - Education: B.E/B. Tech. - Experience: About 8-12 years in Automobiles with skills in machining, welding, assembly lines, paint shop, etc. - Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of technical services processes, manufacturing processes, and legal compliance - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Effective interpersonal communication,
