Sr. Manager - Production (Vacuum Forming)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical and operational expertise in plastic processing, with a focus on Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming. Additionally, you will manage projects, ensuring effective project and performance management throughout. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical and operational knowledge in plastic processing with excellent troubleshooting abilities. - Demonstrate expertise in various plastic processes such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming. - Manage projects effectively by overseeing material procurement, time and cost tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication. - Conduct iterative sessions at each stage of product development to ensure project success. Qualification Required: - Diploma/Bachelors Degree (B.E) / Masters Degree (M.E) in Plastic Engineering or a related field. - MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred. - Extensive hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines, Extrusion Machines, and Vacuum Forming Machines.
