Responsible for handling all electrical / electronic breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities. Assisting and guiding the maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance & repair work. Lead small improvement projects for reduction of recurring breakdowns and downtime. To identify problems root cause analysis through 5 why analysis & fish bone diagram. Responsible for handling all machines like plastic extruder, vacuum forming, CNC, plastic grinding machines, injection molding, power press etc. Responsible for maintenance of PLC and Drives. Responsible for maintenance of switch yard, transformer, LT panel and other utilities. Spare parts procurement of material & maintain minimum stock of spares. Manage the entire maintenance department schedules & ensure proper documentation. Accurate & timely reporting to the management. Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly. Ensure the standard data capturing method. Supervising & motivating the team members. Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team.
