Role Overview We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Junior Machine Operator to support production operations on lamination and trimming machines at our Bhiwandi manufacturing facility. You will assist in running the machines efficiently, ensure smooth operation during your shift, and maintain basic quality and safety protocols on the shop floor. Roles & responsibilities Assist in the operation of lamination and trimming machines Load raw materials and collect finished products as per batch instructions Monitor machine performance and promptly escalate any issues Perform basic cleaning and routine checks to ensure machine hygiene and safety Support the senior operator in setup, changeovers, and maintenance tasks Maintain basic production records and follow shop floor SOPs Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures Participate in on-the-job training and skill-building activities.
