Leading Financial services and Company secretaries firm requires   Sr. Mgr ( Merger and Acquisition)- - Mulund-Mumbai

( Only company secretary qualified need apply)

One of our client a leading Financial services and company secretaries firm rendering comprehensive professional services which include all areas right from company formation to statutory compliances. It was established over a decade ago and now considered to the one of the best CS firms in Mumbai region.


We are looking out for Sr Manager- Merger and Acquisition  for the client office at Mulund in Mumbai.


The JD and details are as follows


1) Client - Leading financial services and Advisory firm


2) Role-            Sr Manager- Merger and Acquisition ( M&A) 

3) Qualification- Company secretary . legal will be an added advantage


5) Experience- 3- 8 years post CS preferably in merger and acquisition


6) Notice-    Joining in maximum 15 days


7) Job location- Mulund ( Mumbai)


8) Qualification-  Company secretary and Legal( CS+ Legal)


THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-


The client is leading Practicing Company Secretaries firm rendering comprehensive professional services which includes Secretarial Compliance, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, FEMA Advisory, CSR Impact Assessment etc.

Post:

Senior Manager Corporate Restructuring & Legal (Mergers, Demergers, Capital Reductions, NCLT Appearances, Advisory on Business Restructuring  and their execution, Vetting of Agreements etc.)


Location:Mulund West, Mumbai


Education Qualification:

 

Qualified Company Secretary with experience of 3- 7  years.


Expectations from candidate:


Should be equipped to handle NCLT Processes under Companies Act, 2013.

Practical working knowledge on Companies Act, 2013.

Good interpretation capabilities of the provisions of the company law, various SEBI Regulations and other statutes

Should have an eye for detail and be able to understand complex documentation

Should be able to deal with Regulators on various interpretations.

Should be able to take up Stock Exchange filings for their approvals

Research on the relevant topics.
