Sr. Manager Group Account Head - Social Media

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team that has co-created over 50 originals across various content genres, working with a wide range of creators and brands. The team is passionate about content and follows a data-led and creator-first approach to campaigns. As the company expands, they are seeking individuals who are highly driven and motivated to join them in Mumbai, Moscow, or Bangkok. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple accounts and cultivate positive relationships with clients at senior levels - Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction - Oversee campaigns and projects within schedule and budget constraints - Utilize your expertise to guide clients, internal teams, and vendors effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and exceed key performance metrics - Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of social media campaigns - Maintain a healthy P&L for the team, ensuring efficiency, performance, and profitability - Lead and motivate teams to achieve their best performance - Manage team workflow and workload effectively - Ensure timely team reviews and OKRs - Manage team expectations and support their personal and professional development - Collaborate with management on new business development strategies - Develop social media page strategies to enhance user engagement - Analyze customer expectations based on past social media activity - Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments to meet KPIs Qualification Required: - Well-versed with India's digital content trends and creators - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with youth-centric brands and managing their social media presence - Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators - Team management experience - Strong time management and multitasking abilities - Proficient in presentation skills for client meetings and internal briefings Additional Details: The company values reliability, efficiency, honesty, excellence, and commitment to success.
