Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors , supporting them in business growth, identifying new opportunities, and resolving challenges efficiently. Conduct regular visits to dealers, distributors, carpenters, and project sites to promote products, gather market feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze competitor activities and develop effective channel sales strategies to enhance sales performance in the territory. Interact with dealer sales staff , provide product training, and motivate them to increase counter sales. Responsible for driving both primary and secondary sales through the dealer/distributor network. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports . Support and coordinate branding and promotional activities such as in-shop branding, POP material distribution, exhibitions, and events to boost product and brand visibility. Work actively to increase sales turnover of KICH products. Ensure achievement of sales targets , assisting dealers in stock clearance and inventory movement. Update Head Office with major developments and activities occurring at dealer and distributor locations. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management regarding field performance, customer insights, and competitor strategies. Preferred candidate profile Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation in management is preferred. Dip/B. Tech (Civil) can be added advantage. Following set processes of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc. Participating in onboarding sessions, and review meetings Directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc. Internally coordinating with the research team & follow up team. Handling RSVP for curated even events/ showroom launches. Maintain accurate records of operational activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment. Maintain daily activity reports & monthly reports. Take up complete responsibility for completing the assigned projects with clients. Team leaders with 3-5 year's experience: Will have additional responsibilities to handle a team of two or more. Team leaders will train the new ops team members for various processes. Ensure the team's daily and monthly reports are accurately maintained and submitted on time. Ensure the team is scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly. Ensure team follows set processes of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc. Ensure the team is collaboratively working with team members and maintaining operational alignment.
