Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our brand presence, customer engagement, and overall growth. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and leveraging data analytics to enhance customer experience and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, PPC, SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing. Manage and expand our social media presence, ensuring brand-aligned and engaging content. Optimize the website and other digital touchpoints for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine performance (SEO). Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to maintain brand consistency. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies and improve ROI. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or subscription-based businesses. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
