Sr. Manager - Finance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis activities, cost control, accounting, internal controls, business partnering, and reporting for the site. Your role will involve providing financial insights, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and collaborating with different departments to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. - Monitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads. - Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. - Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments for financial performance. - Prepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership. Qualifications: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - 10-20 years of experience in finance.,
