Key Responsibilities Lead technical and strategic initiatives within Holtec Asias ACC Division. Hands-on responsibility for design,/ engineering/ specification development/ erection/, project Management of ACC systems. Manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and site implementation. Collaborate with global experts, particularly Holtecs Heat Transfer Division (USA), to ensure technical alignment. Ensure integration of proprietary and patented technologies in product delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional integrity within the division. Minimum Technical Requirements Degree: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 10 years in relevant industry, preferably involving Air-Cooled Condenser . Functional Exposure: Must have experience in at least one of the following: Process Engineering Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Specification development Field erection & commissioning Project management Desirable Additional Qualifications Advanced Degrees: Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration or any one relevant Project Leadership: Experience of working in multi-million-dollar projects. Global Coordination: engagement with international engineering teams (preferably U.S.). Innovation Exposure: Familiarity with patent processes, R&D, or product development in ACC systems.
