Sr. Manager / DGM - Project (Electrical)

As an experienced professional in the field of Electrical Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, procurement, and construction of electrical infrastructure in Hospital, medical college, and residential projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Reviewing the specifications & BOQs prepared by MEP consultants for floating tenders. - Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines. - Collaborating with other departments to coordinate project efforts. - Evaluating new technologies and systems to enhance infrastructure efficiency. - Preparing and presenting reports on project progress. For this role, you are required to have: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. M.Tech in Construction Management from NICMAR/IITs is desirable. - 15+ years of experience in Hospitals, Medical colleges, residential & commercial projects. - Experience in at least 3 Hospital projects of 400 to 500 Beds capacity. - Experience in 66KV/11KV GIS substation, 33KV/11KV substation, 11KV/440 V substation. - Experience in installation of HVAC, STP, WTP & ETP. - Knowledge of MGPS, PTS, CSSD, MOTs, Kitchens, Laundry. - Good knowledge of Fire protection system, Plumbing. - Familiarity with Solar Power and Solar water heating System for Building. - Excellent project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Effective communication and presentation skills.
