Sr. Manager Business Consulting - Life Sciences & Health Care

In this role as a Life Sciences Leader at YASH Technologies, you will be the strategic face of the organization within the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a sub-focus on the Medical Devices segment. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product build and revenue growth by aligning industry-specific solutions, engaging with clients, and orchestrating internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver differentiated value. Your role will require strong market credibility, conceptualization skills, and a minimum of 6-12 years of domain expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Product / Service Offering Definitions. - Drive Revenue and Opportunity Pipeline globally through go-to-market strategies and client engagement efforts. - Conceptualize innovative service offerings tailored to industry needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders for their development. - Oversee business-technology solution ownership, ensuring alignment with client needs and enterprise capabilities by working with internal technical specialists. - Represent the organization externally as a trusted authority in Pharma and Medical Devices. - Collaborate with subject matter experts on specialized threads to shape and refine solution offerings. - Partner with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans and revenue targets. - Provide thought leadership through industry forums, webinars, and client workshops. Qualifications: - Previous experience in the Pharma or Medical Devices industry in areas such as manufacturing, operations, or regulatory compliance. - Proven track record of business process understanding and client relationship management. - Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable service offerings. - Exposure to Transformations in Life-Sciences, SAP solutions, and their application within Pharma and Medical Devices would be beneficial. - Deep understanding of regulatory and operational frameworks for the American and European markets. - Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
