Sr. Manager / AGM - Production - Silver Refining

Hiring for Sr. Manager / AGM Production.

• A mid-level role, which involves overseeing the

  production of Catalyst and Refining.

  Will oversee all day to day operations of the plant from production / manufacturing, to ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
• Daily Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed the daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining and further improving current quality standards.
• Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• To monitor and analyze the current system of production/manufacturing to check its effectiveness, and supporting the team for achieving continuous improvements to improve the yield.
• To oversee day-to-day activities, analyze statistics and guide the team for higher performance.
• To liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
• Coordinate with Sales team, Scheduling and production planning of all activities based on plan.
• Highly involved in overseeing production plans to achieve the business goals.
• Precious Metal Management: Oversee the internal metal/ inventory accounts/ statements and minimize losses.
• Provide a structured and in depth training on various aspects of manufacturing to new joiners on a continuous basis. Have a training manual in place for easy reference of the team.
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
