Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and review general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Manage accounts payable processes, vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Filing income tax returns and coordinate with auditors.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries are done from HR, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Maintain employee records and handle payroll-related queries.
• Look after statutory payments: PF ESIC LWF timely disbursements in tandem with HR.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain a fixed asset register and ensure proper accounting of asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Utilize accounting software and tools for efficient financial management.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Processing error free payments using corporate bank portals.

Qualifications &

• Must be a Qualified CA with 7 to 10+ years of post qualification experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with Tally ERP, Exposure to multinational or multi-entity reporting preferred
