SR LEAD CONSULTANT-SAP CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will be working as a SAP Customer Service Lead Consultant at Birlasoft, a renowned company known for its expertise in enterprise solutions and digital technologies. As a SAP Customer Service Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP CS and SD modules. Your role will involve a minimum of 7 years of experience in this field, with a strong understanding of business processes related to customer service, sales, and distribution domains. Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other modules such as MM, FI, CO, and PP will be essential. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end SAP project life cycle, from blueprinting to realization, testing, deployment, and support. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when required. Having a certification in SAP SD and/or CS modules will be highly preferred for this role. Additionally, experience with S/4HANA or SAP Fiori will be considered an asset. The position is open in multiple locations including Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
