Sr L&D Specialist

Qualification:

B.Tech + MBA (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying Training Needs - Technical and Soft Skills

• Organize and coordinate training programs

• Onboard and manage trainers

• Interns / Trainees Management

• Coordinate with IIT Kanpur - Centre of Excellence for Business Unit

• Ensure compliance with all training requirements

• Skill matrix mapping and gap analysis

Required Skills:

• 10 – 12 years’ experience in L&D

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate with academic and industry partners

• Knowledge of training compliance requirements

• Experience in managing interns and trainees

• Proficiency in skill matrix mapping tools and techniques

We are looking for immediate joiners. The role offers a budget of 15LPA–20 LPA and is a work-from-office position based in Noida, 5 days a week.
