Job Description

We are seeking talented and motivated Sr & Jr Architects to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have a passion for architecture and a strong desire to contribute to innovative design solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design architectural plans and layouts for various projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
Assist in the selection of materials and construction methods.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Creativity and innovation in design approaches.
