Sr Java Developer - Immediate Joiner

Position:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead the design and development of mission-critical banking applications. The candidate will take ownership of modules, mentor junior developers, and ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions tailored for financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of banking applications using Java 11/17.
• Design, build, and optimize microservices-based architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with high availability and low latency.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory guidelines (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS).
• Optimize database queries and manage large transaction volumes typical in banking systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and architecture discussions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in production systems.
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Multithreading, Concurrency, and Memory Management.
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
• Microservices architecture and API Gateway.
• Hibernate/JPA and ORM performance tuning.
• RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) exposure.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).
• CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of banking domain modules (Payments, Lending, Treasury, Core Banking Systems).
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) – preferred.
