Position:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with experience in developing and supporting banking/financial applications. The candidate will be responsible for coding, debugging, and delivering high-quality software solutions in alignment with banking business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Core Java (Java 11/17).
Work on APIs, microservices, and integration with banking systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and testers to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Work with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL) for transaction-heavy applications.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in the banking domain.
Provide support for production issues and bug fixes.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Java (Java 8/11/17), Collections, Multithreading basics.
Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.
Hibernate / JPA.
RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, MQ).
Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG.
Basic knowledge of banking workflows like payments, loans, KYC, or account management (preferred).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment
