Vertical Solutions Evangelist – BFSI (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) Location: Chembur Department: Product & Platforms Reports to: Head of Solutions Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and visionary Vertical Solutions Evangelist to lead the development, evangelism, and growth of vertical solutions in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and market knowledge to drive innovation, product offerings, and partnerships that cater specifically to the BFSI vertical. Key Responsibilities: Vertical Solution Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for vertical solutions, aligning with market needs and client demands within the BFSI space. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the BFSI vertical to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points. Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to design and build customized solutions for BFSI clients. Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and webinars, positioning the organization as a leader in BFSI vertical solutions. Sales Enablement: Support the sales and marketing teams by creating product collateral, technical presentations, and demo environments to showcase BFSI solutions to clients. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and propose tailored solutions to drive value. Partnerships & Alliances: Forge strategic alliances with third-party vendors, technology partners, and industry influencers to expand the vertical solutions ecosystem. Solution Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of vertical solutions, from ideation and design to delivery and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of solutions post-deployment and gather customer feedback to ensure optimal service delivery and product enhancement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively. In-depth understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and technology trends. Ability to lead and inspire teams, while also working hands-on with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Preferred Skills: Domain expertise in any one of the domains – Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets Experience in defining digital solutions in these products. Familiarity with agile methodologies and solution lifecycle management. Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem and established relationships with key players.
