Sr IT Associate

The IT Senior Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth technology operations by providing Level 1 support for systems, software, and hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly resolve customer issues, collaborate with vendors for advanced support, and oversee hardware/software staging and maintenance. You will also conduct site surveys, maintain testing environments, and support team initiatives as required. Your key responsibilities will include delivering Level 1 support for all technology components, emphasizing teamwork, service excellence, and timely issue resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in ghosting & imaging for PCs, terminals & KDS, resolving service desk tickets, coordinating with vendors/service providers for Level 2/3 support, conducting site surveys for new/remodeled restaurants, and managing hardware/software staging, installation, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lab & testing environment and undertaking other duties as assigned by the RT Manager or RT Team Leader. To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in Restaurant/Hospitality IT, possess intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate a passion for the retail industry. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be essential. A solid understanding of Restaurant Technology systems and infrastructure is required, with knowledge of NCR hardware and software products considered advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. As for qualifications and experience, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related business discipline. ITIL V3 Foundation certification is mandatory, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
