Sr. Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Interior Designer to lead and deliver high-end interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing premium projects, possess exceptional aesthetic sensibility, and demonstrate strong leadership in managing design teams and vendors. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-end interior design projects for luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate spaces.
• Oversee detailed design drawings, 3D renders, and technical documentation for execution.
• Ensure material selection, finishes, and detailing meet premium quality and design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, design implementation, and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions that exceed expectations.
