Sr. Integration Consultant

As a Senior Integration Consultant at Hitachi Digital Services, you will play a key role in leading and contributing to Workday integration projects. With your expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement effective solutions for their business needs. Your strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills will be essential in ensuring successful implementation and configuration of Workday integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and contribute to Workday integration projects, ensuring successful implementation and configuration. - Manage end-to-end Workday integrations, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. - Utilize Workday integration technologies (EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, PECI) to build and maintain integrations. - Collaborate with clients to design and implement business processes and reports within Workday. - Implement integrations using web services standards and technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI. - Understand and manage Core HCM, Reporting, and Security configurations in Workday. - Provide creative and practical solutions in design sessions with clients to meet business needs. - Maintain strong communication skills to convey technical and business information effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver integration solutions. - Manage project scope, client expectations, and timely delivery of integration milestones. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, PECI. - Basic understanding of Workday HCM and functional processes. - Proficiency in web services technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI). - Demonstrated ability to design, build, and implement integrations, business processes, and reports within Workday. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex integration problems. - Proven experience in managing client expectations and project timelines. - Experience with building integrations in Recruitment, Learning, and Workforce Planning domains is a plus. - Experience working with third-party vendors is advantageous.
