Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
The role will also partner with the business to identify and remediate areas of non-compliance to internal policies and external regulations where System Access is a core requirement (i.e., Sarbanes Oxley, ISO27002, Data Protection, and Global privacy requirements)..Develop and ensure compliance with Identity and Access Management (I&AM) policies and procedures.Oversee account lifecycle &; privilege management processes .Influence the IT Organization in I&AM Strategy, lead teams and drive change.Stay current with I&AM technologies and work as a partner to promote its use.Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams, as required, in delivery of I&AM programs and services.Serve as subject matter expert for all activities related to Identity & Access Management.Create and maintain Identity &Access Management documentation.Enforce IT Policies and Procedures.Accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s) &processes, with duties including project reviews, operation reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work.Manage budgets and contracts associated with program(s), processes and initiative(s). Manage activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s) / processes.Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program/process area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.Coordinate program / process support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans.Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for business partners.Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost /benefit studies and recommend funding and resources
Education Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.

Technical Expertise: Experience with IAM solutions like Cyber-Ark, Ping Identity, Oracle Identity Analytics and SailPoint Experience in large service provider environments Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially experience with executive-level communications.
