We are seeking a

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles. 
 - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media outreach. 
 - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. 
 - Coordinate internal hiring drives, employee referral programs, and campus recruitment initiatives. 
 - Maintain and update the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) for recruitment tracking and analytics. 
 
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices. 
 - Manage payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality. 
 - Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and personnel documentation. 
 - Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational and legal requirements. 
 
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution. 
 - Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and supporting conflict resolution. 
 - Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback systems. 
 
Performance & Development Support
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles. 
 - Assist in identifying training and development needs to support employee growth and organizational capability building. 
 
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in an IT or technology-driven environment. 
 - Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and hiring processes. 
 - Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalin English. 
 - Proficient in HR tools, HRMIS platforms, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). 
 - Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities. 
 - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. 
 - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
