Sr. HR Executive (Generalist)-NAHRA SONIPAT

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE:-  Payroll (MS Excel, Greythr, Marg ERP, MMC, EXCELLENT PAY, Z-PAY) and time office (Company & Contractual)  Statutory compliance monthly- PF, ESIC & LWF challan preparation & submission monthly basis.  Preparing the Bonus & Ex-Garcia, Over Time & Production incentive etc.  Maintain leave records company staff & worker (according to factory Act).  To prepare ESIC TIC & UAN of all Employees. (Online)  Preparing the Bonus & Ex-Garcia, Over Time & Production incentive etc.  Benefits policies implementation and attendance reward as per the company policy. HR Administration:-  Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.  Maintaining Prepare reports for Management regarding payroll and Settlement.  Address issue and question regarding payroll from employees and superiors  employee’s personal files and records.  Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.  Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.  Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employee  Preparing Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.  Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.  Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
