Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer with expertise in AI-driven design tools to conceptualize and deliver compelling visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should bring 2+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio showcasing AI-generated creatives, particularly in advertising and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, innovative graphics for digital (social media, ads, websites, campaigns) and print (brochures, collaterals, presentations).
Leverage AI tools such as MidJourney, Freepik - AI Suite, Runway, Imagen, Veo3 to design and manipulate visuals, including static and video formats.
Develop fresh creative concepts aligned with NoBroker’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated on AI and design trends, experimenting with new techniques to deliver impactful campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design (agency/startup experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (MidJourney, Runway, Imagen, etc.).
Strong creative portfolio showcasing AI-led designs and campaigns.
Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and brand design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
