About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer / Visualizer with a strong background in design and visual communication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creatives for digital, print, and branding requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to understand project briefs and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Develop layouts, graphics, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Design creatives for social media campaigns, websites, digital ads, presentations, brochures, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other team members to produce complete design solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to visualize ideas and present design concepts effectively.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics / video editing (added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts / Visual Communication / Graphic Design or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Visualizer in a creative agency, advertising, or corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
