Graphic Design & Illustration: Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for marketing campaigns, both digital and print. Develop marketing collateral while ensuring alignment with brand identity and guidelines. Conceptualize innovative designs that resonate with target audiences. Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Produce and edit video content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media. Create compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance digital experiences. Brand Story & Guidelines: Implement designs that reflect the company’s brand story, ensuring consistency across all creative assets. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all visual content. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand business goals and deliver impactful design solutions. Gather requirements from stakeholders and integrate feedback effectively into design outputs. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Essential Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of design collaboration. Solid grasp of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics. Proven experience in Graphic design, video editing and motion graphics creation. Desired Technical Skills: Familiarity with graphic and video editing techniques and creating engaging digital experiences. Persona & Soft Skills: Creativity & Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and develop unique visual content that stands out. Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively. Collaboration & Teamwork: Experience working in cross-functional teams, aligning design solutions with broader business goals.
