Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Graphic Design & Video Editing Mentor to guide and inspire students who are eager to enter the creative industry.
The ideal mentor should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on editing skills, and a creative teaching approach that blends real-world experience with classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classes and workshops in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Teach software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
• Guide students in branding, layout design, color theory, typography, and motion graphics.
• Review and provide feedback on student projects and portfolios.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop updated course materials and real-time projects.
• Mentor students in preparing for internships, freelance work, and career opportunities in the creative field.
• Participate in institute events, exhibitions, and design competitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Animation.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• A passion for teaching, creativity, and design education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branding, social media creatives, and motion design.
• Ability to handle real-time client projects or freelance works as part of the learning process.

Revenue Partner Model
orPart-Time Mentor Pay (Flexible Schedule) – Based on experience and class hours.
