Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design concepts that align with the restaurant's brand identity and marketing strategies.Provide creative direction to the design team and ensure consistency in visual messaging.Graphic Design:Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, signage, and promotional items.Ensure all designs meet high standards of creativity, visual appeal, and brand consistency.Team Leadership:Mentor and lead a team of graphic designers, providing guidance on design principles, best practices, and project execution.Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements.Brand Consistency:Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design elements.Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to evolve and enhance the brand identity.Visual Storytelling:Develop visual storytelling strategies that effectively communicate the brand's narrative and resonate with the target audience.Use design to enhance the overall customer experience.Print and Production Oversight:Coordinate with print vendors and production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality output of print materials.Oversee the production process from design to delivery.Trend Monitoring:Stay abreast of design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies.Integrate relevant trends into design strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging.Collaboration with Marketing Teams:Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that effectively support marketing initiatives.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.Budget Management:Work within allocated design budgets, optimizing resources for maximum impact.Provide cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.
