Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that enhance our digital products, brand identity, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design high-quality graphics for various digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and software interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing high-quality graphics for digital platforms like websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and software interfaces. - Developing engaging marketing collateral including social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and email templates. - Collaborating with UI/UX teams to create user-centric design elements and visual assets. - Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communication. - Working with development teams to hand off design assets and ensure accurate implementation. - Conducting research on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging technologies to improve the company's visual identity. - Managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools. - Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
