Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Functional Consultant to join our team at Serendipity Corporate Services, with 2-7 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement functional solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions using expertise in ERP systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functional implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of functional consulting principles and practices.
Experience working with ERP systems and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing and implementing functional solutions is highly desirable.
