Sr Financial Analyst LFO IND

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at Ameriprise India LLP, your role will primarily involve supporting the centralized metrics reporting utility for operations in North America. You will be responsible for variance and trend analysis to provide financial decision support and commentary on business performance. Additionally, you will assist in supporting periodic forecasting & planning cycles and working on ad-hoc projects based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Reporting and Analytics: Prepare periodic reports and provide commentary on trend and variance analysis for Senior Management review. - Audit Support: Assist in audits to ensure accuracy of information and reduce risk. - Operations Support: Support daily operations activities and communicate results of associated analysis. - Business Partnership: Collaborate with business and strategy teams to create value-added analysis for informed decision making and future profitability and growth. - Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support on projects based on business requirements. - SOP Maintenance: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and support back-up planning. - Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies, automation opportunities in existing processes, and drive them to completion. Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Strong logical, analytical, and abstract thinking skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience in working and managing relationships with global teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Power BI, Qliksense, VBA, Hyperion/Essbase. - Innovative Mindset.
