Sr. Finance Associate - Financial Operations & Reporting

As a Senior Finance Associate at Silkhaus based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be a key player in strengthening our financial operations and reporting processes. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, driving month-end and year-end close processes, and reconciling key accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies, preparing financial reports and analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. To be successful in this role, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite are essential. Your attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mindset will be crucial, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
