To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in an export house. - Strong expertise in embroidery, textiles, fashion design, and fittings. - An in-depth understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences. - A Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or a reputed institution. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design innovation.
