Sr Executive - Supply Chain Management

As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional at Tata Communications, your role in the Enablers function will involve supporting the organization in vendor negotiation, ordering, and delivery processes. You will work on tech enablement, analytics, process improvement, and governance to enhance SCM operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing data to develop forward-looking business solutions for SCM, evaluating areas for improvement based on data insights. - Bringing scientific rigor and statistical methods to strategic procurement challenges. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Sourcing, Operations, and Logistics teams to create innovative quantitative models and analyses for cost leadership and business velocity. - Ensuring a customer-centric approach to help Tata Communications achieve its business goals and build long-term capabilities. - Driving effective communication through written, verbal, and visual presentations to provide context, insights, and minimize misinterpretations. - Demonstrating resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a change-driven environment. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated skills in selecting appropriate statistical tools for data analysis. - Proficiency in Qliksense for visualizing models and providing data-driven insights. - Experience with database languages (e.g., SQL) and understanding of ETL processes. - Change management and automation experience. - Ability to work with large datasets to derive insights for informed management decisions.
