Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing relationships with key retail accounts. Your expertise in sales and deep understanding of the retail industry will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our innovative platform and successfully close strategic deals. This position calls for a proactive and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Identify and qualify potential retail clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and surpass assigned sales targets. - Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts, comprehending their business requirements and obstacles. - Present and showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our platform to prospects. - Deliver engaging product demos and presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client. - Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes. - Create and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to successful closure. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging retail technologies. - Provide valuable feedback to the Product team based on customer interactions and market insights. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-3 years of proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably selling SaaS solutions to retail businesses. - Solid understanding of the retail industry, its challenges, and opportunities. - Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. - Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.,
