Designation: Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance
*Key Roles & Responsibilities:*• Vendor Qualification Documents preparation and sharing it with the clients• Review or Preparation of Specification Sheet along with Product Code• Issue Work Order with technical/sample details + PO to the entire team• COA Preparation basis the actual lab reports of the final goods• Send PSS to client along with Clear Test Reports + COA + Tracking details• BMR Sheet preparation for all the material/stock• Regular checks at the production floor to ensure all quality parameters are complied• Train and monitor the operators and other labours during the real-time production process• Physical product quality Verification during the process against the customer specification• Testing / Verification of packing material during inward against to the standard specification• OSR packing material stock management• Verification of RM intimation against to the PO and record the details for further WO preparation*Additional Responsibilities:*• Coordinate dispatching Samples to the client and maintain records • Verify if the Batch/Lot Number is correct before sending the POD or PSS samples• Assist and cross check DHL Booking for samples & sharing the tracking
