Key Responsibilities: - Improve operating machine process indices and plan for grade changes and preventive maintenance on production lines. - Collect data on parameters like delay and waste, ensuring machine and process stability. - Plan and manage manpower, production, maintenance, grade changes, and trials, participating in delay and waste reduction activities. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and support Lean Implementation and kaizen culture. - Ensure a safe working culture on the shop floor and maintain product quality to fulfill Quality Management System requirements. - Implement practices to meet safety and quality codes, achieve business objectives, and minimize damage or losses. - Develop yourself through feedback, training, and education to achieve performance and development goals. - Provide leadership to improve production, maintain process stability, and ensure safe, clean, and good quality products are delivered to consumers. - Lead in delay and waste reduction activities, improve productivity, and troubleshoot to achieve productivity targets. - Develop and maintain the best setting on the machine control, monitor issues, and seek solutions for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Experience in manufacturing roles with a focus on safety, mutual respect, and human dignity. - Ability to analyze data, solve process/mechanical problems, and coordinate with different departments. - Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity improvement. - Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive operational excellence.
