Position Overview:

Handles operational procurement activities including data entry, coordination with vendors, and support to managers.

Job Purpose:

To support procurement processing and data accuracy in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Enter vendor data, quotation records, and invoices into ERP.
• Follow up on pending documents and deliveries.
• File and organize procurement records.
• Support vendor master creation and maintenance.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business; 13 years of experience in a procurement or admin role.
  

Skills & Capabilities:

• Basic Excel and ERP entry proficiency.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
