1. Responsible for overall management of Production Planning & control.
2. Responsible for material management with respect to production Planning and coordinate with commercial team for on time availability of raw material.
3. Responsible for ensuring all BOM & non BOM parts procurement on time.
4. Responsible for department Budget and cost control through various improvement project.
5. Responsible for determining production requirement as per market demand and perform capacity planning and production scheduling.
6. Responsible for OPSI meetings and PSI plan execution.
7. Responsible to achieve the production targets as per business annual plan.
8. Responsible for overall material handling and coordinating with stores and JIT functions to ensure smooth production.
