Job Description

To comprehend financial statements and report on variances which look abnormal.
To do variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
Handling qualitative review and analysis of reconciliations and form an exposure list (like what numbers are going to be taken to P&L, if not resolved).
Managing independent work-related discussions with clients.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations, including processing Accounts Payable and Receivable, posting journal entries, deposits, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure financial integrity by preparing and reviewing bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining proper general ledger coding, and supporting close processes with complete and audit-ready documentation.
Perform month-end reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts such as prepaids, fixed assets and depreciation, notes payable, leases, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion to support financial close.
