Job Description-

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Enter courier details into the system or Excel sheet.
  • Prepare dispatch lists and update delivery status regularly.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery confirmation, and issue resolution.
  • Cross-check invoices from courier vendors against dispatch records.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for outgoing parcels.
  • Maintain files and reports for audit and reference purposes.

Required Skills-

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain systematic records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
