Sr. Executive- IT Procurement

Work Location: Noida (Sec-64)

Workdays: 5 days (Work from Office)

Role Purpose

Managing IT Procurement & vendors (IT equipment’s, Software’s & Services)

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates with prior experience in IT Procurement

  from Consulting, IT, and ITES industries will be preferred. Experience of working with big IT vendors like Microsoft, Dell, HP etc. is desired.
• Dedicated resource for managing IT category Procurement for multiple geographies.
• To manage day-to-day tasks related to Procurement & vendor management.
• Thorough knowledge of Procurement Policies, Procurement operations, vendor invoice processing & regional legal guidelines.
• Evaluation & monitoring contracts to ensure that vendors are compliant with contractual terms.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in Procurement, preferably in an MNC. Results driven & service oriented.
• Strong communication & influencing skills.
• Cloud based Procurement solutions experience.
