SR Executive - HR (Generalist)

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance. Your role will involve serving as a key point of contact for employees and management to ensure a positive workplace culture and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, coordinating new hire orientation, resolving employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment, managing performance reviews, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assisting with training and development programs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR-related role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
